Just because your team is out-of-town, or there aren’t any games on television doesn’t mean you cannot still play baseball!
Using your KiDS ScoreCard to keep score, you can play a baseball game using dice or a
standard deck of playing cards.
The images to the right demonstrate play results based on the roll of the dice or the number and suit of the playing card.
Each die combination equals an official PLAY RESULT, like a home run (rolling a four first and then another four; 4-4), triple (3-3), double play (2-4, 5-1 or 6-4) and a base on balls (1-4 or 4-1).
If using cards, use as many decks and shuffle as much as you like to keep the game fresh and constantly moving.
Keep score using your ball clings and a dry-erase pen. You can also complement your game with the expanded KiDS ScoreCard, featuring a reusable 10-inning scorekeeping grid just like the ones at the game.
